  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and understand complex products or services.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings and presentations.


Job Responsibility :-

  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services, including their features, benefits, and technical specifications.
  • Lead Qualification: Assist in identifying and qualifying leads by conducting research, analyzing customer needs, and evaluating potential fit.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations or presentations to potential customers to showcase how our products or services can address their specific needs.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to the sales team, including answering technical questions, resolving product-related issues, and assisting in technical discussions with customers.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with the sales team to create customized proposals and solutions based on customer requirements.
  • Competitive Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' offerings to help position our products or services effectively.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with potential customers by addressing their concerns, providing follow-up information, and nurturing leads through the sales pipeline.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, product development, and marketing teams to ensure alignment in messaging and strategy.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads and customers, including notes on conversations and status updates.
  • Feedback: Collect and provide feedback from potential customers to the product development team to help improve our offerings.
