• Minimum 4 years of experience in sales leadership or revenue management roles.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience managing inside sales, enrollment, customer acquisition, or telesales teams.
• Strong expertise in CRM systems, pipeline management, and sales reporting.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience designing and optimizing sales funnels and conversion strategies.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• High level of accountability, ownership, and execution capability.
• Experience in EdTech, education sales, or high-ticket B2C sales is preferred.
• Experience selling educational programs to parents or families is an advantage.
Job Responsibility :-
• Lead and manage the overall sales function to achieve enrollment and revenue targets.
• Develop and implement scalable sales strategies, processes, and systems.
• Monitor and improve lead-to-enrollment conversion rates.
• Build, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and sales training.
• Manage CRM systems, sales pipelines, and reporting dashboards.
• Ensure timely lead follow-up and maintain excellent sales hygiene.
• Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Forecast revenue, pipeline performance, and enrollment trends.
• Conduct parent consultations and support high-value enrollment opportunities when required.
• Improve sales scripts, objection-handling techniques, and closing strategies.
• Collaborate with leadership on growth, retention, and customer acquisition initiatives.
• Build operational frameworks that support long-term business scalability.
• Drive continuous improvement across sales performance, customer experience, and team productivity.
