Associate –Sales and Operations

 Support the execution of delivery logistics, order fulfillment, and inventory management processes.

Sales Assistance:

 Provide support to sales initiatives, including customer acquisition, retention, and relationship management.

 Assist in generating leads, following up on sales inquiries, and providing sales support to restaurant partners.

Seller Support:

 Respond to restaurant inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

 Ensure good seller experience by addressing issues promptly and providing appropriate solutions.

Data Entry & Analysis:

 Assist in data entry, data validation, and data analysis tasks to support operational and sales reporting.

 Compile and organize data into meaningful reports and presentations for internal use.

Adaptability & Collaboration:

 Adapt to changing priorities and operational requirements with flexibility and resilience.

 Collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional departments to achieve
