Territory Sales & Marketing Officer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Business Administration, BBS, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of sales and marketing experience, preferably in IVD or healthcare
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory
• Proficiency in computer skills (MS Office, Google Sheets and other software)
• Local territorial candidates are preferred
• Candidates should be able to manage territorial debt

Sales Execution

• Achieve sales targets
• Generate leads and conduct sales visits
• Negotiate and close deals
• Candidates should be able to manage territorial debt

Customer Management

• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Provide exceptional customer service

Marketing Activities

• Implement local marketing strategies.
• Participate in marketing events

Market Research

• Identify market trends and opportunities
• Report on sales activities and market conditions

Training and Support

• Educate customers on product features
• Provide training and support

Working Conditions

• Frequent travel within the territory
• Work in various environments, including customer sites and trade shows
• Flexible working hours
