Requirements :-

  • Must have more than 1 year of experience working in a recruitment company.
  • Experience providing recruitment services to local companies is essential.
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Knowledge of HR practices and regulations.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
  • Experience managing payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy, and compliance with local laws.
  • Ability to handle large amounts of jobseeker and client information, maintaining an organized and up-to-date database.
  • Experience in drafting and managing legal agreements with clients.
  • Precision in managing data and documentation.
  • Ability to handle recruitment challenges and come up with solutions.
  • Manage multiple job openings and ensure timelines are met.
  • Proficient in HR management software, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and payroll software.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data management.

Job Responsibility :-

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process from posting job ads to onboarding new hires.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand job requirements and tailor the recruitment strategy accordingly.
  • Conduct initial candidate screening and arrange interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Ensure job seekers' information is accurately maintained in the database.
  • Draft and manage legal agreements with clients regarding recruitment services.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, handling their recruitment needs and providing updates on the hiring process.
  • Ensure compliance with client policies and legal regulations.
  • Maintain an organized database of jobseekers’ applications, resumes, and recruitment activities.
  • Update candidate statuses regularly and ensure accurate tracking of the recruitment pipeline.
  • Handle payroll processing for recruited employees, ensuring accuracy in calculations, deductions, and tax compliance.
  • Address any payroll-related queries or discrepancies that arise from candidates or clients.
  • Prepare and present reports on recruitment activities, client satisfaction, and hiring success rates.
  • Analyze data to improve recruitment efficiency and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities are in line with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data protection in all recruitment and payroll processes.
