- Bachelor's degree running or completed preferred.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply; 6 months of experience is an advantage.
- Friendly, confident, and professional personality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word, Excel, and email.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good customer service and telephone handling skills.
- Mandatory Nepali typing skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Job Responsibility :-
- Welcome and assist visitors, candidates, and customers professionally.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and front desk inquiries.
- Maintain visitor records, attendance logs, and reception documentation.
- Coordinate communication between departments and branches.
- Support HR and administrative teams with daily operational tasks.
- Manage couriers, official documents, and office files.
- Prepare and maintain basic reports, records, and data entries.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments.
- Ensure the reception area remains organized, professional, and welcoming.
- Assist with branch and store communication when required.
