QC Officer

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Science, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Control (QC) or Quality Assurance (QA).

• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality management systems.

• Good communication, analytical, and reporting skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a manufacturing environment.

• Monitor and inspect raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure quality standards.

• Conduct routine quality checks and maintain accurate QC reports and documentation.

• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, quality policies, and company standards.

• Identify quality issues and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.

• Work closely with production and store teams to maintain consistent product quality.

• Assist in quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QC Officer with at least 2 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance within the manufacturing or food industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of food safety standards, excellent reporting skills, and the ability to maintain product quality throughout the production process.
