Requirements :-
- Ability to analyze requirements for test case planning, designing, and execution.
- Experience in planning, designing, and executing test cases.
- Verify that the application functions as expected.
- Ensure compatibility across different environments and platforms.
- Assess system performance under load; experience with JMeter is a plus.
- Validate that new changes do not adversely affect existing functionality.
- Test application programming interfaces (APIs) for proper functionality.
- Security Testing: Identify vulnerabilities and security issues in the application.
- Check the graphical user interface for usability and design compliance.
- Usability Testing: Evaluate the application’s user-friendliness.
- Ability to report and track issues, defining severity and priority.
- Experience in setting up testing environments and performing deployments manually and using Jenkins.
- Research and implement automation tools, CI/CD practices, and performance/load testing.
- Familiarity with automation tools and performance testing tools like JMeter.
- Participation in sprint activities, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Experience with feature prioritization and increment in Agile practices.
- Research the latest OWASP vulnerabilities in web and mobile applications and implement security practices accordingly.
- Ability to work effectively within a team to deliver quality products on time.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address issues and challenges.
Job Responsibility :-
- Requirement analysis, test cases planning, designing and execution
- Carry out Functionality, Compatibility, Performance/Load, Regression, API, Security, GUI and Usability testing
- Report, track and define severity, priority of the issues
- Setup testing environment, perform the deployment process manually as well as using Jenkins
- Take part in overall sprint activities like stand up, sprint planning, sprint retrospective to deliver quality product in estimated time
- Feature priority and increment agile practice
- Research on the latest OWASP vulnerabilities in web and mobile applications and implement
- Research on Automation, CI/CD and implement on project
- Research on performance and Load testing Jmeter tool and implement on project
