QA ENGINEER

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar software quality assurance (SQA) position.
• Proficient in testing across multiple platforms, including Mobile and Web applications.
• Strong knowledge in testing methodologies like Smoke Testing, Black Box Testing, Performance Testing, Security Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, and Database Testing.
• Capable of UI/UX testing and understanding app navigation flow.
• Basic knowledge of database queries.
• Good exposure to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Knowledge of Automation Testing is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in client interactions and managing client expectations.
• Ability to suggest and implement product improvement features and functionalities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to suggest, implement, and update software Quality Assurance practices and processes.
• Experience with Defect Tracking and Reporting.
• A proactive approach to ensuring product quality and taking full responsibility for the testing process.

• Prepare and execute comprehensive test plans for all platform products (Mobile and Web applications).
• Perform various types of testing such as Smoke Testing, Black Box Testing, Performance Testing, Security Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, and Database Testing.
• Execute testing for both functional and non-functional requirements to ensure product quality.
• Review Functional and Non-Functional Requirements, Bugs, and suggested Improvements.
• Track and report defects, ensuring they are addressed effectively.
• Take full responsibility for testing to ensure the highest level of product quality.
• Suggest product improvement features and functionalities based on testing outcomes.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure the implementation of quality practices and processes.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates on the testing process.
• Address client concerns and ensure their expectations are met.
