QA Developer

· Solid experience in software quality assurance, preferably in a mid-level or similar role.

· Strong understanding of software development life cycles, testing methodologies, and best practices.

· Proficiency in designing and executing manual test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

· Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools, such as Selenium, Cucumber, or JUnit.

· Familiarity with bug tracking systems and version control systems.

· Knowledge of SQL and the ability to write and execute database queries for testing purposes.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

· Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Preferred Skills:

·        Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

·        Knowledge of performance testing tools and techniques.

·        Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.

·        Experience in mobile application testing for iOS and Android platforms.

·        Understanding of API testing and web service testing tools such as Postman.

·        Experience with test management tools, such as Trello, JIRA or TestRail.

· Design and develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements and specifications.

· Execute test cases and analyze test results to identify defects, inconsistencies, and performance issues.

· Collaborate with the development team to understand software requirements and provide feedback on design and

implementation.

· Identify and report bugs and issues using bug tracking systems, and work with the development team to ensure timely

resolution.

· Participate in design and code reviews to provide input from a quality perspective.

· Develop and maintain automated testing scripts using appropriate testing frameworks and tools.

· Conduct regression testing to ensure the stability and reliability of software releases.

· Continuously improve testing processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the QA team.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of software releases.

· Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and tools related to software quality assurance.
