Requirements :-
● Must have at least five (5) years of work experience in Software Development as a Developer, Tester, Project Manager, or any other technical role.
● Must have at least 3 years of work experience as a Scrum Master.
● Experience working in an Agile environment, with a good grasp of Kanban, Scrum, and DevOps processes & tools.
● Fair understanding of technical practices & technological stacks.
● Leadership quality to guide teams, motivate & empathize with the teams.
● Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
● Results-oriented, customer-focused with a passion for technology
Job Responsibility :-
● Conduct all the Scrum events with a focus on achieving its objectives.
● Help remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement.
● Collaborate with Engineering Managers & Team members for engineering tasks.
● Communicate the details of project issues, and impediments proactively with stakeholders.
● Compile, collect, produce, and publish reports on necessary metrics.
Who are looking for :-
● Scrum Master training & certification.
● Experience using JIRA, Confluence, and other Atlassian Tools. SOFT SKILLS
● Proactive, with the ability to work well independently and as a team
