PRODUCT MANAGER

• Experience in FinTech, including digital payments, banking, lending, or digital wallets.

• Exposure to RegTech, including KYC/AML, compliance automation, regulatory reporting, or risk management.

• Understanding of financial regulations and compliance processes, particularly in the Nepalese context.

Good to Have

• Basic knowledge of SQL, Excel, or data analytics tools.

• Familiarity with prompt engineering or AI-powered features such as chatbots, automation, and recommendation systems.

• Previous experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or a similar role.

• Strong understanding of business operations, revenue models, and customer requirements.

• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot.

• Basic understanding of AI/LLM-based products, including their capabilities and limitations.

• Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Notion, Figma, or Trello.

• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Experience writing product requirements, user stories, and feature specifications.

• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Nepali.

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
