Outbound/International Tour Officer

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or a related field.
• More than 2 years of experience in the travel industry.
•   Excellent communication and organizational skills.
•    Proficiency in MS Office and other related software.
•  Customer-focused with a genuine passion for travel.
• Effective Sales and negotiation skills.
•   Attention to detail and accuracy in handling bookings and documentation.
•  Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong knowledge of international destinations and travel regulations.

•   Promote and sell international tour packages to prospective clients.
•   Communicate with clients to understand their travel preference, needs and budget.
•     Provide detailed information on various international destinations, travel packages and options available.
•     Create and develop international tour packages, including itinerary planning.
•     Collaborate closely with tour operators to plan and organize outbound/international tours.
• Assist clients with visa applications, travel insurance, and other required travel documentation
