Operations Head

Masters degree or higher level

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in the same role

Proven record of successful implementation of business management principles, workflow and operational procedures.

Demonstrated experience of leading teams and practices of human resource management.

Demonstrated experience of facility management and maintenance.

Preferably previous experience in vocational training organization.

Familiarity with business and financial principles

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Proficiency in English
