Requirements :-
Bachelors or Master's Degree in Operations Management or related field.
Experience in ecommerce and marketplace management, operations, and leadership.
Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management.
Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, employees, merchants and customers.
Solid understanding of financial management.
Ability to manage merchant after onboarding, customer reviews, smooth order processing for customers and Godeals Services (Deals, Products and Offers).
Own two wheelers and preferably a laptop( till probationary period) will be advantages
Job Responsibility :-
Manage Back office and call center team
Prepare and store official documents like contract, agreements etc.
Maintain or improve level of end to end Customer satisfaction.
Handle the grievance of customers and merchants.
Facilitate newly on boarded merchants after onboarding on Product and Deals upload, Order Processing from Customer to Merchants.
Monitor sales report, customer reviews and product/deals database to identify potential product issues and take appropriate corrective action.
Implementing systems to avoid situations of over-stocking, out-of-stock, delays or partial shipments, expired Offer and deals.
Develop strong relationships with Merchants and Customers- maintain cordial relations with existing/ new merchants and customers.
Keep a track and follow up of pending payments and settlements with Merchants.
