Odoo Specialist

 Coordinate the ongoing Odoo customiza on project with the so ware developer and relevant departments.

  Gather business requirements and convert them into clear func onal requirements, workflows and SOPs.

  Work closely with Accounts to ensure correct accoun ng treatment and integra on of sales, purchases, POS, inventory, payments and returns.

 Manage and support Odoo modules including POS, Accoun ng, Inventory, Sales, CRM and E-Commerce.

 Analyze and standardize business processes across stores and departments and iden fy opportuni es for automa on.

 Review customiza ons, conduct func onal tes ng and UAT, iden fy issues and coordinate correc ons with developers.

 Ensure proper integra on and data flow between POS, Sales, Inventory, Purchase, Accoun ng, CRM and E-Commerce.

 Support data migra on, master-data management, repor ng, dashboards and MIS requirements.

 Train users, provide func onal support and ensure proper ERP adop on and process compliance.

 Maintain func onal documenta on, change records and system/process improvement plans.

 Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administra on, Accoun ng, Finance, Management Informa on Systems or related field.

 Minimum 2–4 years of prac cal experience in Odoo/ERP implementa on, administra on, func onal consul ng or business process management.

  Hands-on Odoo experience with strong knowledge of POS, Accoun ng, Inventory, Sales, CRM and E-Commerce.

 Strong understanding of accoun ng processes, retail opera ons and ERP workflows.

 Experience coordina ng with so ware developers on ERP customiza on is highly preferred.

 Background in Retail, Automobile, Hospitality, Trading/Distribu on or IT will be an advantage.

An Odoo/ERP professional who understands business processes, accounting workflows, and retail operations, with strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
