Odoo Coordinator

• Understand existing IMS and business processes and help map them into Odoo.
• Coordinate requirements between Finance, Operations, Sales, Inventory, Management, and the Odoo vendor.
• Understand basic accounting processes including sales, purchases, invoicing, payments, inventory, receivables, and payables.
• Gather, document, and communicate business and system requirements.
• Coordinate Odoo configuration, testing, issue tracking, and implementation.
• Follow up with the Odoo vendor on pending issues and ensure requirements are properly implemented.
• Assist with Odoo user training and documentation.
• Provide post-go-live support and coordinate issue resolution.
• Act as a bridge between internal teams and the Odoo vendor throughout the implementation process.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Management, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ERP, IT Support, Accounting, Retail Operations, or Business Analysis.
• Basic understanding of accounting and ERP systems.
• Basic knowledge of Odoo; prior Odoo or IMS experience is preferred.
• Experience in retail, automobile/automotive, inventory, or sales operations is an advantage.
• Good understanding of business processes and requirements gathering.
• Strong communication, coordination, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

We are looking for a strong coordinator who understands both business processes and basic accounting/ERP concepts. The ideal candidate should be able to clearly communicate requirements to the Odoo vendor while effectively coordinating with Finance, Operations, Sales, Inventory, and Management. This is not a pure accounting or IT role; strong coordination, process understanding, and problem-solving abilities are key.
