Requirements :-
- Certification or diploma in Nursing / HA / CMA
- Minimum 1 year of clinical or healthcare experience preferred
- Good communication, interpersonal, and patient-handling skills
- Ability to monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Basic computer knowledge for record keeping and reporting
- Compassionate, responsible, and patient-focused attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a team and handle work pressure
- Willingness to work in Baneswor / Jamal locations
Job Responsibility :-
- Conduct patient assessments and evaluate health conditions
- Assist in providing nursing care and basic medical procedures as required
- Monitor patients’ progress and report changes to supervisors or consultants
- Support doctors, health consultants, and therapists during treatments
- Maintain accurate patient records, reports, and treatment plans
- Educate patients and families on health care, wellness, and follow-up care
- Ensure proper hygiene, safety, and infection control practices
- Administer medications and therapies as per protocol (where applicable)
- Coordinate with the internal healthcare team for quality patient care
