Multi-Subject Secondary Teacher

• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience preferred.

• Prior experience in digitally enabled or blended learning environments is an advantage.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed.) or a relevant field (B.Sc. or B.A. with teaching

• Adaptability, professionalism, and ability to commit to a 2-year contractual role.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for Education.

• Experience with virtual classroom platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams.

• Familiarity with interactive teaching tools such as Kahoot, Quizizz, GeoGebra, or similar platforms.

• Plan and deliver effective lessons in English, Science, Mathematics, and Nepali in accordance with the National Curriculum of Nepal

• Create engaging lesson plans that address diverse learning styles and student needs

• Integrate educational technology such as LMS platforms, smartboards, digital tools, and online resources into daily teaching

• Develop digital learning materials, multimedia presentations, and online assignments

• Assess, record, and monitor student progress using digital assessment and grading systems

• Provide regular feedback to students and communicate academic progress with parents

• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment, both offline and online

• Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and active student participation

• Support students’ academic, social, and emotional development

• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in staff meetings and training programs

• Maintain accurate academic records and follow school policies and professional standards

• Continuously update teaching practices through professional development and EdTech training
