Motion Graphics Designer

• Bachelor’s degree in design or related field (preferred)

• 2+ years in a creative or agency setting

• Proficient in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator

• Basic 2D/3D animation knowledge (e.g. Animate, Blender, C4D)

• Familiar with sound editing and motion tracking

• Strong grasp of animation principles and storytelling

• Good teamwork, communication, and time management skills

• Create compelling motion graphics for social media campaigns, ads, explainer videos, product launches, and other digital content. 

• Animate assets with dynamic typography, smooth transitions, and engaging compositions tailored for digital campaigns.

• Edit and polish raw video footage into high-quality final outputs.

• Collaborate with design, content, brand, and strategy teams to conceptualize and visualize campaign ideas through motion

• Optimize motion graphics to ensure platform compatibility and best performance across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.

• Stay up-to-date with motion design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously enhance production quality.

• Manage multiple animation projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables meet deadlines and maintain visual consistency.
