  • Requirements :-

    • Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • 1–2 years of supervisory experience in supermarket or retail operations.
    • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to train, motivate, and develop staff.
    • Good understanding of retail operations, customer service, and SOP compliance.
    • Must possess a valid two-wheeler license and own a two-wheeler.
    • Willingness to travel between store locations as required.

    Job Responsibility :-

    • Conduct on-the-job training (OJT) for new and existing employees.
    • Support supervisors in staff development and daily operational activities.
    • Ensure employees comply with company SOPs, billing procedures, and customer service standards.
    • Monitor staff performance and identify training and development needs.
    • Train employees on product knowledge, customer handling, and workplace best practices.
    • Assist in implementing learning and development programs.
    • Maintain training records, attendance reports, and performance documentation.
    • Provide coaching and feedback to improve employee productivity and service quality.
    • Conduct regular store visits to assess training effectiveness and operational compliance.
    • Promote a positive learning culture within the organization.
