Mid level QA

• 1–3 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or testing roles.

• Proven experience leading and mentoring a QA team.

• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and various testing methodologies.

• Expertise in test plan design, test case development, and execution.

• Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).

• Proficiency in bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Zephyr).

• Solid understanding of database concepts and ability to write SQL queries.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive QA strategies, test plans, and test cases for both new and existing features.

• Oversee the full testing lifecycle — including functional, regression, performance, security, and usability testing.

• Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality is integrated throughout the development process.

• Drive the adoption of QA best practices, tools, and frameworks for both manual and automated testing.

• Identify, document, and track defects, and coordinate with development teams for timely resolution.

• Report on QA metrics, providing insights into product quality, test coverage, and release readiness.

• Continuously improve QA processes and contribute to overall software development quality.

• Stay updated on industry trends, testing tools, and emerging QA technologies.
