Requirements :-
● BSc degree in Marketing or a similar field
● They have proven work experience as Digital Media Specialists or Marketing Specialists
● Professional certifications like Digital Marketing Fundamentals and Digital Brand Management will be an advantage
● A portfolio mentioning the projects undertaken so far would be preferred
● Hands-on experience in digital marketing software similar to Hubspot, MailerLite, etc.
● Knowledge of basic HTML and web publishing
● Quality content generation and management skills
● Effective leadership and time management skills
● Strong written and verbal communication skills in Nepali and English
● Outstanding analytical skills
● Attention to detail
● Ability to multitask
Job Responsibility :-
● Manage all marketing tasks that are given by the management
● Create campaigns and execute that will meet the goals and KPIs that have been set
● Plan and execute all digital and offline marketing tasks
● Plan, execute and grow the brand in all aspects
● Research on our brand and how to grow
● Customer feedback and responses on all marketing related platforms
● Communicate with different teams to understand the issues and how marketing can help
● Grow all digital platforms
● Make sure all branding materials are up to date and according to our brand guidelines
● Customer outreach programs, to turn them into partners
● Field visits to get to know customers and build relations
● Work with third-party vendors to build content, designs, and videos.
