Lead Engineer- Java

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of proven experience in software development, preferably in the SIEM or cybersecurity domain.
• In-depth knowledge of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Strong expertise in designing and developing scalable, distributed systems.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or C.
• Proven expertise in Flask framework for building RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Experience in leading and mentoring a team of Python developers.
• Familiarity with garbage internals to optimize memory management and enhance performance
• Experience with multi-threading and multi-process strategies to enhance system concurrency and performance.
• Experience with cloud technologies and services, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Solid understanding of security principles, threat modeling, and secure coding practices.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in mentoring and managing technical teams.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, threat analysis, and incident response.
• Relevant certifications in cybersecurity or cloud platforms can be advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
• Effective communication skills, ability to collaborate effectively across teams, and drive technical discussions.

• Lead and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of advanced SIEM solutions.
• Provide technical expertise in architecting scalable and secure systems within the SIEM domain.
• Mentor and guide a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and best practices.
• Drive the implementation of robust and efficient code, ensuring adherence to high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to align technical solutions with business objectives and user needs.
• Establish quality standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding best practices, security protocols, and industry standards.
• Conduct technical research, evaluate emerging technologies, and propose innovative solutions for continual product enhancement.
• Lead efforts in troubleshooting complex issues and provide strategic guidance to resolve technical challenges.
• Continuously assess and enhance the SEIM product's performance, scalability, and efficiency.
• Implement optimizations and improvements based on industry trends and user feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate technology options, frameworks, and third-party integrations that can enhance the functionality and performance of the SIEM product.
