Junior MERN Stack Developer

• 6 months to 1 year of experience working on MERN stack projects (internships or freelance included)
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations
• Understanding of responsive design principles
• Version control experience with Git
• Good problem-solving and debugging skills
• Passion for learning modern technologies and frameworks
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Degree (or pursuing) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Collaborate with senior developers and product teams to brainstorm and develop software solutions

Assist in designing both frontend (React.js) and backend (Node.js + Express) architecture

Develop user-friendly and responsive web interfaces using React.js

Support the development and maintenance of RESTful APIs using Node.js/Express.js

Work with MongoDB or other databases to store and retrieve application data

Help troubleshoot, debug, and maintain application code

Ensure performance, responsiveness, and scalability of applications

Contribute to writing basic technical documentation

Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and team meetings
