Jr. Database Administrator

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Electronics & Communication Engineering.

Minimum 1 rear work experience in relevant field.

Able to travel within or outside valley when required.

Able to work on off days and public holidays when required.

• Provide database support for customer applications, including creating/modifying databases and tables.Perform database backups,design databases, and maintain system documentation.Analyze issues holistically, from the application tier through the database, down to the storage.Design and Implement database level security for all applications.Maintain logs of problems, user requests, modifications done etc. to prepare report on periodic basisIf necessary, make an emergency visit outside office to match client’s demand.Design, develop and implement database replication and mechanism between DC and DRC.If necessary, work off-hours and on public holidays to match client’s demand.Installation and administration of SQL server always on and storage area network (SAN) management.
