IT Support Officer

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).

• 3+ years of experience in technical support or a similar role.

• Proven experience in troubleshooting and providing end-user technical support.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Design, implement, and maintain network, server, and firewall systems within the organization.

• Respond to and resolve support requests related to network issues, hardware, and other IT equipment.

• Install, configure, and monitor Linux/Windows servers, network infrastructure, hardware, and software systems.

• Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues and escalate cases when necessary.

• Coordinate hardware repairs, software licensing, and warranty claims with vendors.

• Prepare procedural documentation, installation guidelines, and technical reports.

• Monitor and maintain in-house servers, network devices, and workstations.

• Ensure smooth Internet, VPN, LAN, and Intranet connectivity across locations and data centers.

• Track bandwidth, process performance, and data usage.

• Support, configure, maintain, update, and upgrade network and server systems.

• Escalate critical technical issues to appropriate vendors or authorities.

• Provide on-site support at branch offices as required.
