Requirements :-
Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering or similar IT background or equivalent practical experience
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT management
Demonstrable experience with cloud computing, cybersecurity, and hands-on knowledge of Linux and Windows server management
Well-experienced in leadership and management
Job Responsibility :-
Running regular checks on IT Infrastructure, backup system, and data security
Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems
Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization
Designing training programs and workshops for staff
Conducting regular system audits
Running and sharing regular operation system reports with senior staff
Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects, including system updates, upgrades, migration, and outages
Managing and reporting the allocation of the IT budget
Providing direction and leading the IT team
Identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement
