Job Responsibility :-
• Employee Database management.
• Policy formulation and implementation in coordination with HR and Admin manager.
• Initiating training programs for the growth and development of existing employees.
• Handling employee grievances, complaints, and queries.
• Maintaining employee relations for a strong company culture.
• Employee recruitment and hiring process.
• Employee on-boarding and off-boarding.
• Involvement in performance appraisal procedure.
• Work for the HR budget in coordination with the HR manager.
• Preparing reports and presentations on HR functions, issues, and other information to be
delivered within the organization.
• Involvement in Payroll, SSF, and CIT management.
• Guide the administrative team in office administration, budget handling, and reporting for
smooth operation.
• Other day-to-day HR and Admin functions of the company.
