Job Responsibility :-
- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Notify company personnel of visitor’s arrival.Direct and transfer calls to the concerned Department.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received
- Record inventory of supplies and restock as needed.
- Receive/dispatch cheque, invoice and handing over to concerned department/parties respectively
- Receive and dispatch couriers and maintain record/Log sheet.Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
