Finance Manager

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• 5–7 years of experience in finance/accounting or banking operations
• Strong knowledge of LC procedures and Nepalese financial regulations
• Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP)
• Good analytical, leadership, and communication skills

• Manage banking activities including LC handling, payments, and compliance
• Monitor inventory (RMs, PMs, utilities, consumables, spare parts)
• Prepare budgets and analyze financial performance (actual vs forecast)
• Maintain MIS reports and monitor cash flow, loans, and credit facilities
• Ensure accurate entries in SAP/ERP system
• Oversee daily closing and reconciliation
• Ensure compliance with TDS, VAT, customs, and tax regulations
• Submit monthly reports within deadlines

• Train and supervise junior finance team
