Requirements :-
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in the Nepali market.
- In-depth knowledge of Nepali tax laws, financial regulations, and accounting standards.
- Proficiency in financial management software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage a team, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Experience in managing financial operations in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Job Responsibility :-
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and auditing.
- Ensure compliance with Nepali tax regulations, financial laws, and company policies.
- Develop financial strategies to support the company’s business objectives and mitigate risks.
- Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable/payable, and other financial transactions to ensure financial stability.
- Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Coordinate and manage external audits, working closely with auditors to ensure accurate financial statements.
- Lead the financial planning and analysis process, providing insights and recommendations for decision-making.
- Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
- Provide leadership, direction, and management to the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
