Academic Qualification: 

• Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory

Technical Skills: 

• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards (NFRS/IFRS preferred).
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle) and MS Office (especially Excel).

Experience with cost accounting, inventory management, and production finance is highly desirable.

 Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

 Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.

 Monitor and control cash flow, working capital, and cost management.

 Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.

 Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure compliance with tax laws and statutory regulations.

 Implement and maintain effective financial controls and processes.

 Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

 Provide strategic input to management on financial planning and business performance.

 Liaise with banks, auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies as required.

 Support ERP implementation and financial system improvements.
