Job Responsibility :-
Client Relationship Management:

● Regularly engage with clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services or products.
Business Development Support:
● Assist in identifying potential clients and new business opportunities through market research and networking.
● Support the development and implementation of strategies to acquire new clients and expand the company's client base.
● Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute targeted campaigns and promotional activities.
Account Management Assistance:
● Support in managing and maintaining existing client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
● Assist in monitoring client accounts, tracking performance metrics, and identifying areas for improvement or growth.
● Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs and deliver solutions effectively.
Communication and Relationship Building:
● Communicate effectively with clients, providing them with product information, pricing details, and other relevant information.
● Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of trust and satisfaction.
