ERPNext Functional Consultant

• Minimum 2 yrs  hands-on experience with ERPNext and the Frappe Framework
• Good understanding of ERP systems and business workflows
• Functional expertise in at least 3 of the following modules:
  • Accounting & Finance
  • HR & Payroll
  • CRM & Sales
  • Inventory & Stock Management
• Requirement gathering and business process analysis skills
• Understanding of ERPNext customizations, DocTypes, Scripts, Reports, and API integrations
• Strong communication and client-handling skills
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking ability
• Project coordination and multitasking skills
• Documentation and report preparation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple implementations
• Basic technical understanding of ERP integrations and workflows

• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements from clients
• Configure and implement ERPNext modules according to client business processes
• Coordinate with technical and development teams for ERP customizations and integrations
• Conduct ERPNext product demonstrations and client presentations
• Organize and conduct user training sessions and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Lead discussions regarding ERPNext workflows, extensions, and best practices
• Support end-to-end ERP implementation, onboarding, migration, and go-live activities
• Prepare workflows, process maps, reports, and user manuals
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot functional issues
• Ensure successful project delivery within timelines and requirements
• Assist clients in improving business processes using ERPNext solutions
• Maintain proper project documentation and implementation records
