Engineering Manager (MEAN/MERN Stack)

✔️ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

✔️ 10+ years of experience in software development and engineering, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role.

✔️ Expertise in Node.js for backend development, including building scalable, high-performance applications.

✔️ Strong knowledge of MongoDB, database architecture, and best practices in database management.

✔️ Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design for large-scale applications.

✔️ Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying cloud-based applications using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

✔️ Proficiency in React.js or Angular.js for front-end development.

✔️ Experience with microservices architecture and API development (REST & GraphQL).

✔️ Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.

✔️ Ability to lead and mentor teams, conduct code reviews, and drive best coding practices.

✔️ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

➕ Experience in MySQL or other relational databases.

➕ Proficiency in Python, particularly for data processing, automation, or AI/ML applications.

➕ Knowledge of message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Redis).

➕ Strong understanding of security best practices in web and cloud applications.

➕ Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Trello, etc.).

✅ Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable full-stack applications using MEAN/MERN stack.

✅ Oversee the front-end development process, ensuring smooth integration with back-end APIs.

✅ Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and software architecture guidelines.

✅ Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, implementing them to improve development efficiency.
