Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
12+ years of experience in IT/software development with strong engineering leadership background
Proven experience in leading, mentoring, and scaling high-performing engineering teams, including managers and architects
Strong expertise in software development methodologies, system architecture, and coding standards
Hands-on experience with modern tech stack: React.js, Node.js, AWS, PHP, MySQL
Deep understanding of cloud-based technologies, DevOps practices, and scalable system design
Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, budgeting, and resource optimization
Strong experience managing multiple large-scale projects and delivering products on time
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive leadership approach
Experience working in Agile development environments
Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and staying updated with emerging technologies

Define and execute the engineering strategy aligned with business goals and organizational vision
Lead, mentor, and manage engineering managers, architects, and development teams
Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle (planning, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance)
Collaborate with product, design, and cross-functional teams to define roadmaps and timelines
Architect and design scalable, secure, and high-performance systems
Establish and enforce engineering best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions
Drive initiatives around engineering excellence, DevOps, and cloud adoption
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, transparency, and accountability
Promote continuous learning and professional development within the engineering team
Ensure compliance with security standards, data protection regulations, and industry best practices
Communicate regularly with stakeholders and senior leadership on project updates and KPIs
Manage engineering budgets, resource allocation, and organizational scaling
