
Requirements :-
● At least a Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
● At least 1-2 years of experience in the related field.
● Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO and SEM practices, etc.,
● Experience in using market research and survey tools
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Responsibility :-
● Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
● Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content (original text, images, gif animations) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
● Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content
● Ensure a constant flow of content on various digital touch points including emailing new
● letters, blogs, etc. that a consumer interacts with every day
● Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
● Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
● Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/ metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information
● Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales, etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions
● Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook,
etc.)
● Launch optimized online adverts through Google Ad words, Facebook, etc., and other digital touchpoints to increase company and brand awareness
● Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization, etc.)
● Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
● Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update the website
● Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
● Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends, etc.)
● Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.
● Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors.
● Offer creative ideas for content marketing and website content.
● Identify digital advertising needs and stay up-to-date with digital technology developments
