Database Support Engineer

• 1+ years of experience in application support, database support, or a similar role.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server.

• Strong SQL skills, including stored procedures, triggers, functions, and query optimization.

• Experience with data migration, backup, and recovery processes.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

• Prior experience in FinTech

• Understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks relevant to financial services

• Provide L1/L2 support for production applications and ensure SLA compliance.

• Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and manage incident/service requests.

• Administer PostgreSQL/MS SQL databases and execute SQL queries for troubleshooting and data validation.

• Develop and maintain store based business rules. d procedures, functions, triggers, and SQL

• Perform data migration, backup/restore coordination, and data reconciliation.

• Support database performance tuning, deployments, UAT, and production rollouts.

• Coordinate with clients and development teams to resolve production issues.

• Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
