Requirements :-
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or certification in a related field is a plus.
- 0-1 years of data entry experience (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
- Familiarity with data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of data cleaning and data verification techniques.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills for interacting with team members.
- Proficiency in managing and securing sensitive data.
- Proficiency with data entry tools and software.
- Familiarity with database management systems (preferred).
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Job Responsibility :-
- Accurately input and update data into the company’s database from various sources.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness before entering it into the system.
- Correct errors and inconsistencies in data as needed.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical records to ensure easy retrieval.
- Assist in the development of data entry procedures to improve efficiency.
- Regularly review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities.
- Conduct routine checks to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
- Handle sensitive data in accordance with company policies and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Generate reports as needed by the management team using entered data.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly data reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate with team members to clarify data discrepancies or missing information.
- Suggest and implement improvements in data entry processes to enhance productivity.
- Stay updated with the latest data entry tools and technologies.
- Maintain accurate records of data entry processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in training new team members on data entry protocols.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including filing, scanning, and copying documents.
- Assist with other data-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- Conduct regular audits of data entry tasks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Report any significant errors or issues to management promptly.
