    • Information bridging to agents/customer about new offers/campaigns

    • Escalate Agent enrollment

    • Increase agent acquisition

    • Agent Retention

    • Maintain Agent Relationship"

    • Call and Pay of international and Domestic Transaction

    • Properly handle grievances
