Requirements :-
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in customer account management and project management (Prefered but not mandatory )in the IT industry
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven track record of successful project deliveryStrong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of project management tools and methodologies
Job Responsibility :-
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns
- Manage customer accounts, including contract negotiations and renewals
- Develop and manage project plans, including scope, budget, and timeline
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that may arise
- Ensure customer satisfaction by proactively managing expectations and delivering high-quality services
- Analyze project performance and provide recommendations for improvement
- Identify new business opportunities and support sales efforts
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and continually seek opportunities to enhance customer experience
