Corporate Finance & Strategy

• CA, ACCA, or MBA in Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, Financial Analysis, FP&A, Business Analysis, or Consulting.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modelling and scenario analysis.
• Familiarity with accounting systems such as Tally, SAP, or similar ERP software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Analyze business and financial performance across multiple business units.
• Develop financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses.
• Evaluate business opportunities, investments, and expansion initiatives.
• Prepare business plans, feasibility studies, and investment proposals.
• Monitor KPIs and perform variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.
• Create dashboards and management reports for leadership.
• Conduct cost-benefit analysis and assess commercial viability.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and leadership teams.
• Support process improvements through data analysis and automation.

• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and financial reporting standards
