• Bachelor's degree (Running or Completed) in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in content creation, social media management, or a related field (preferred).
• Confident and camera-friendly personality.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong written and spoken Nepali and English.
• Proficiency in CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or similar content creation tools.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
• Passion for cricket, football, and sports-related content.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines, especially during major sporting events

• Create engaging photo, video, and graphic content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Confidently appear in front of the camera for promotional videos, reels, interviews, and brand campaigns.
• Write compelling scripts, captions, and promotional copy.
• Shoot, edit, and publish short-form videos, reels, and promotional content.
• Cover live events, tournaments, and promotional activities.
• Plan and manage content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and sporting events.
• Stay updated on cricket, football, fantasy sports, and the latest social media trends.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop creative campaigns.

• Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on analytics.
