Cloud Operations Engineer

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or B.E. in Computer Engineering or related field.
• More than 4 years of experience in working with cloud preferably in AWS.
• Experience on network/system/cloud monitoring like Grafana, CloudWatch, Zabbix and incident management tools like PagerDuty, OpsGenie
• Experience with writing scripts and configuration management Should have good concept on the network and network security.
• Good knowledge of web vulnerabilities and cybersecurity. Should have good knowledge on operating system domain, especially *nix like OS.

• Proactively monitor the cloud infrastructure and work with incident response team to solve any issues that arises in the monitoring system.
• Proactively building and implementing services to make better product and cloud infrastructure.
• Research, Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis of a problem and communicate with stakeholder
• Prioritize and manage many cases simultaneously.
• Identify and provide workarounds and solutions when possible, to meet customer’s business needs.
• Discussion with the relevant teams to prioritize cases if needed.

Ability to work under tight time constraints with dynamic requirements.

Should have good interpersonal skills, and excellent communication skills in English.
