    Requirements :-

    1.     Preferably a marketing graduate 

    2.     A minimum of 1yr of work experience in advertising agency

    3.     Must have knowledge in Digital and Social Media Marketing

    4.     Ability to multitask and handle multiple accounts, possibly from different industries, at the same time.

    5.     A team player with outstanding communication and presentation skills.

    6.     Must be an excellent communicator who is capable of leading a team.

    7.     Strong communication skills both in Nepali and English.

    8.     Ability to meet deadlines in any given circumstances.

    9.     Computer literacy.

    10. Pleasing personality with a positive attitude

    11. Reliable and self-motivated.

    12. Highly service orientation with a good knowledge of business

    Job Responsibility :-

    1.     Provide outstanding customer service to clients.

    2.     Liaising with, and acting as the link between, the client and the agency by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively

    3.     Discuss the products, services and marketing requirements of each particular client.

    4.     Handling budgets and managing campaign costs, Writing reports, keeping records and financial details

    5.     Overseeing the activities of staff to ensure the needs of customers are met and their problems are resolved.

    6.     Delegating work to the team members.

    7.     Briefing the creative, media and planning department as per the client requirements.

    8.     Follow-ups and chasing of the delegated assignments to the team. 

    9.     Conduct customer service workshops and presentations

    10. Monitor and measure client satisfaction.

    11. Contacting clients regularly to identify their needs, and to ensure they are satisfied with the received product/service.

    12. Develop surveys and capture client information.

    13. Involved in marketing campaigns of respective clients..

    14. Deal with client requests and troubleshoot problems.
