Strategic Leadership
- Shape and execute the organization’s vision, mission, and long-term strategies.
- Identify growth opportunities and drive business expansion.
- Communicate strategic goals to employees, stakeholders, and the public.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks to the organization.
- Allocate and manage organizational resources effectively.
- Drive the development and execution of both long-term and short-term organizational strategies.
Operational Management
- Align daily operations with strategic objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure success.
- Enhance efficiency and maintain high-quality outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate the company’s progress in achieving its objectives.
- Oversee daily operations and make critical decisions impacting the company’s direction.
- Maintain robust supply chain management.
Financial Oversight
- Prepare annual budget plan along with CFO and ensure company’s financial health.
- Conduct cost-center analysis through a cost control audit.
- Drive revenue growth while mitigating financial risks.
- Approve major financial strategies and investments such as machine purchase or company expansion after thorough discussion with BOD, CFO, MD, and factory lead.
- Prepare and approve annual books of accounts and audit.
Sales and Marketing Management
- Design and implement sales plans, including setting targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Oversee brand management, advertising, digital marketing, and public relations.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
- Maintain consistent messaging and brand identity across all platforms.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, overseeing contract negotiations.
- Explore partnerships, collaborations, and licensing agreements.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships with investors, customers, and partners.
- Represent the organization at industry events and public forums.
- Act as the liaison between the BOD and management team.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to implement strategic initiatives.
Leadership and Culture
- Foster a culture of innovation, integrity, and accountability.
- Recruit, mentor, and retain top talent.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
- Fundraising and Investor Relations
- Secure capital through presentations and effective investor communication.
- Collaborate closely with the MD to manage investor relations.
Team Building
- Build and lead a strong and effective team, delegating tasks and responsibilities effectively and fostering a positive work culture.
- Recruit and develop a team of experts in scientific, regulatory, and business domains.
- Strengthen collaboration across departments.
