Business Analyst

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum software development environments.
• Prior experience in fintech, banking, digital payments, lending, or related industries is an advantage.

• Conduct market research, feasibility studies, vendor evaluations, regulatory reviews, and benchmarking.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements through workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings.
• Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), process flows, use cases, and gap analysis reports.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.
• Support feature analysis and audit gap assessments by mapping current capabilities against business requirements.
• Define project scope, business objectives, and functional boundaries for new initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into clear and structured technical specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Support pre-sales activities by preparing solution summaries, capability matrices, and value proposition documents.
• Create dashboards and reporting templates using BI tools to track project progress and validate business outcomes.
• Identify risks, ambiguities, and requirement gaps, and proactively communicate them to stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation using Jira, Confluence, and other collaboration tools.
