Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Backend Developer, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality backend solutions.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with REST API, web services, and microservices development.
Proficiency in object-oriented programming and experience with relevant programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#). Experience with the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js) is preferable.
Good understanding of the Agile development environment, including Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
Ability to design efficient database schemas in both relational databases (RDBMS) and NoSQL databases
Familiarity with unit testing frameworks, such as Mocha and Chai, and experience in writing comprehensive unit tests.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to debug and resolve complex backend issues.
Excellent oral and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Demonstrated time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional backend solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs, web services, and microservices using industry best practices.
Utilize object-oriented programming principles to write clean, modular, and reusable code.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of backend applications using the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js) or similar technologies.
Work in an Agile development environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Design and implement database schemas for both relational databases (RDBMS) and NoSQL databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.
Write comprehensive unit tests using testing frameworks such as Mocha and Chai to ensure code quality and reliability. Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills to debug and resolve complex backend issues.
Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients, both orally and in writing.
Manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.
