Azure Solutions Engineer

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to executive, technical, and non-technical audiences;

● Understanding of best practices in Azure security engineering, including architecture patterns, security operations, systems security and policy;

● Hands on experience and knowledge working with Microsoft Azure:

○ Platform as a Service (PaaS) Security Best Practice Implementation

○ Identity and Access Management

○ Networking ○ Workloads including Containers

○ Data protection (Azure Key Management/Azure Vault)

○ Sentinel and Azure Defender

○ Log Analytics

○ Vulnerability Management and Reporting Private & Confidential 1

○ Well-Architected

● Hands on experience with DevSecOps and automated infrastructure deployment;

● Technical depth in one or more specialties including: application security, infrastructure security, cloud security, or some combination thereof;

● The capacity and tolerance for context switching and interruptions while remaining productive and providing effective, safe guidance;

● Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy. Preferred

● Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing complex and scalable solutions on Microsoft Azure.

● Support the alignment of the company's Azure offering roadmap with the overall business strategy.

● Assist with planning and management of the companies products security portfolio;

● Support engineering teams to securely Design, Develop/Build and maintain Plerion’s product offerings to ensure the company's products meet the needs of its customers;

● Keep abreast of evolving industry security requirements as it relates to Plerions product offering and business; and

● Create and present proposals, as well as the calculation of business cases (evangelism and thought leadership).
